Zhenwei said that this exhibition not only showcases the county's development
achievements in organic agriculture, agricultural product processing and other
fields, but also hopes that through the exhibition platform, domestic and
foreign consumers will have a deeper understanding of the sustainable values and
mountain and sea cultural heritage of Hualien agriculture, and continue to
build Hualien into Taiwan's most competitive organic agricultural center. This
time, the "Hualien Pavilion" brings together 17 high-quality
agricultural product brands for joint exhibition, including Chikeshan Tianxin
Tea House, Yipinchun Store, Food Source Valley, Qiao Kai International, 917
Farm, Wenberli Biotechnology, Duolili Farm, Four Seasons Farm, Desen Farm,
Xiuxian Bee Farm, Xihuan Caifeng Bakery, Tianci Grain Source, Shakadang Natural
Farm, Xingyue Handmade Workshop, Huilan Sauce Man, Meihao Bee Farm and
other 17 representative brands of Hualien. The exhibited products
cover a variety of specialty agricultural products such as tea, honey, peeled
peppers, soy sauce, and golden needle flower processed products.
Xu Zhenwei said
that the main vision of this year's exhibition hall is to climb mountains, go
to the sea, and travel the valleys. People from all over Taiwan are invited to
Hualien to feel the embrace of Hualien's mountains and seas, relax and walk
slowly between the valleys, and taste the local flavors of Hualien. In addition
to static exhibitions and sales, this exhibition also arranges dynamic
activities to connect popularity and buying momentum. During the exhibition,
Hualien star chefs such as "Escofi Secret Private Kitchen", "Jia
Jia Restaurant", "Jamie Cuisine", and "Qixingtan Muming
Private Cuisine" were invited to take turns to perform creative cuisine on
the spot using local ingredients from Hualien, attracting many visitors to
stay. In addition, performances by the Red-faced Duck mascot, Street Soul Dance
Troupe and well-known bands heated up the atmosphere, and interactive
activities such as special price bidding, shopping cash raffles, gift packages
for purchases over a certain amount, and quizzes with prizes made the
exhibition hall very popular.
The Hualien
County Government has taken the initiative to invite a number of professional
buyers from home and abroad to negotiate with the exhibitors at the Hualien
Pavilion, in an effort to promote channel cooperation and enhance brand
visibility for the exhibitors. In the future, the government will continue to
assist the industry in expanding the market and deepening cooperation and
exchanges with external channels and international companies.

Zhenwei said that the county government will continue to focus on agriculture,
combine international cooperation, cultural marketing, tourism promotion and
local revitalization, and build a globally competitive Hualien brand to let the
world see Hualien's unique charm and unlimited potential.
