台北訊---為推廣國產文旦鮮果及多元加工產品，農業部農糧署輔導中華民國果菜合作社聯合社攜手各大產區農民團體，於今(30)日在台北希望廣場舉辦「柚見國產好滋味」國產文旦產季起跑記者會，正式宣傳產季開始!現場除展售優質國產文旦禮盒，更邀請榮獲米其林綠星的地坊餐廳主廚張皓福示範居家簡易文旦料理，同時結合麻豆區農會、瑞穗鄉農會、雲林縣斗六果菜生產合作社、文旦復興及PAPA烘焙等單位進行展售，呈現國產文旦全果利用的亮眼成果，吸引現場消費者駐足。邀請民眾把握機會，於今明兩日前往台北希望廣場踴躍選購，闔家一起來採買，以實際行動支持國產文旦，共享文旦好滋味！

In addition to displaying and selling high-quality domestic pomelo gift boxes, the event also invited the Michelin Green Star-winning Difang Restaurant Chef Zhang Haofu to demonstrate simple home-made pomelo cooking. At the same time, the event combined with the Madou District Farmers' Association, Ruisui Township Farmers' Association, Yunlin County Douliu Fruit and Vegetable Cooperative, Wendan Fuxing and PAPA Bakery to exhibit and sell, presenting the brilliant results of the utilization of domestic pomelo fruit, attracting consumers on site to stay. 農糧署說明，今年文旦雖受7月丹娜斯颱風及連續豪雨影響，總產量約4萬公噸，較常年減少35%，但品質甚美味，供應量亦可滿足國內市場需求。該署指出，為因應氣候變遷對農業生產的衝擊，積極輔導產地農民團體建設韌性防災、智慧省工等基礎設施，在臺南市麻豆區建置首座文旦智慧化自動分級包裝場，引進自動化省工機械，節省三分之二人力；並於花蓮縣瑞穗鄉成立東部首座取得ISO22000驗證的文旦加工廠，協助提升文旦加工量能20%，有助降低天然災害風險、減少農產品損耗及解決勞力不足問題，營造新農村產業生態鏈，實現產業永續發展之願景。
The Department of Agriculture explained that although this year's pomelo production was affected by Typhoon Danas in July and continuous heavy rains, totaling about 40,000 tons, a 35% decrease from the average , the quality is still very delicious and the supply can meet domestic market demand. The agency pointed out that in response to the impact of climate change on agricultural production, it has actively assisted farmer groups in producing areas to build resilient disaster prevention and smart labor-saving infrastructure. It established the first smart, automated pomelo grading and packaging plant in Madou District, Tainan City, introducing automated labor-saving machinery to save two-thirds of the manpower. It also established the first ISO22000 -certified pomelo processing plant in eastern Taiwan in Ruisui Township, Hualien County, helping to increase pomelo processing capacity by 20% . This will help reduce the risk of natural disasters, minimize agricultural product losses, and solve the problem of labor shortages, creating a new rural industrial ecosystem and realizing the vision of sustainable industrial development.

農糧署表示，為創造農產附加價值，與試驗改良場所、學研單位合作開發文旦全果利用技術，將文旦果皮、果肉及果囊等部分，製作成果醬、柚皮糖、芳香精油或烘焙餡料等產品，並透過今明兩日的展售活動，將麻豆區農會蜂蜜柚子吸凍飲、瑞穗鄉農會柚子鹽爆米花、雲林縣斗六果菜生產合作社產銷履歷文旦、文旦復興青柚燒及PAPA烘焙柚子米麵包等超過30款創新產品一次呈現！籲請民眾把握機會，前來選購最新鮮優質的國產文旦鮮果及豐富多元的創新加工產品!The Department of Agriculture (F&A) announced that, to create added value for agricultural products, it is collaborating with pilot sites and research institutions to develop technologies for utilizing the entire pomelo fruit. The peel, pulp, and pods of the pomelo fruit can be transformed into products such as jam, pomelo peel candy, essential oils, and baked fillings. Over 30 innovative products will be on display today and tomorrow, including honey pomelo jelly drinks from the Madou District Farmers' Association, pomelo salt popcorn from the Ruisui Township Farmers' Association, pomelo production and marketing history pomelo from the Douliu Fruit and Vegetable Cooperative in Yunlin County, pomelo revitalizing cakes, and PAPA baked pomelo rice bread .
