台北訊---台灣最大規模綜合力量賽事《2025 AROAK DREAM CUP 夢想盃力量大賽》於8月30日至31日，在台北世貿一館重磅登場！本屆夢想盃眾星雲集，集結來自世界各地的頂尖選手與人氣明星，包括台灣肌肉男神賀少俠、西班牙雕像型男佩德羅、南非混血選手肯納，更有多位知名健身網紅與專業級選手也將輪番登場，共同角逐高額賽事獎金。
Taipei — Taiwan's largest comprehensive strength competition, the " 2025 AROAK DREAM CUP ," will debut at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 from August 30th to 31st ! This year's Dream Cup features a star-studded field of top athletes and celebrities from around the world, including Taiwanese muscle legend He Shaoxia, Spanish sculpted figure Pedro, and South African mixed-race athlete Kenna. In addition, several renowned fitness influencers and professional athletes will take turns competing for a share of the prize money.

Amidst this surge in sports and health awareness, the DREAM CUP Strength Competition , founded by Japanese artist Meng Duo, a Taiwanese enthusiast, is now in its third year. This year, the event has partnered with renowned functional apparel brand AROAK , investing over eight figures to create Taiwan's largest strength competition and a dream stage for athletes.
本屆夢想盃延續過往成功經驗，並進行全面升級，首次五大賽種同場聯合舉辦！包含：總統盃級別的健美比賽、IFBB 正式賽級的 Fitness Challenge 健身技術挑戰賽、美國 CrossFit 官方授權的混合健身、友善六角槓硬舉，更將 2028 奧運正規項目的體能障礙賽「體能王」涵擴在內。不僅全面考驗選手的力量、耐力與技術極限，更攜手中華民國健身健美協會(CTFBB)、四季健身 4SC CrossFit、GYMEFIT 共同協辦，並邀請第三方專業裁判認證，賽事兩天更有豐富的運動保健市集，超過60家品牌攤位進駐，其中包含知名品牌 Body Dynamic、BeRule、RISEME、Cofit、AXN，更串聯雙北知名健身房業主聯合響應，打造國際級的全方位力量賽事盛會，為台灣寫下全新里程碑。
This year's Dream Cup builds on its past success with a comprehensive upgrade, featuring five major competitions co-hosted for the first time! These include: a Presidential Cup-level bodybuilding competition, the IFBB -level Fitness Challenge , CrossFit -authorized CrossFit , and the friendly hexagon bar deadlift. The competition also includes the "Physical King" obstacle course, a 2028 Olympic official event. Not only does it comprehensively test the athletes' strength, endurance, and technical limits, it is also co-organized by the Chinese Federation of Fitness and Bodybuilding (CTFBB) , 4SC CrossFit , and GYMEFIT , and third-party professional referees are invited to certify. There will also be a rich sports and health market over the two days of the competition, with more than 60 brand booths, including well-known brands such as Body Dynamic , BeRule , RISEME , Cofit , and AXN . It also connects with well-known gym owners in Taipei and New Taipei City to jointly respond, creating an international-level all-round strength competition event, writing a new milestone for Taiwan.
知名日籍藝人夢多表示：我愛台灣，不想只是用嘴巴說說，我要用行動和熱情來謝謝台灣。這次看到很多人來參賽，覺得很驕傲，並和來參加的人說，謝謝你們喜歡這個活動。希望大家是因為喜歡運動而來參加，還開玩笑地說：「不要為了效果找杜力！」接下來要看存款夠不夠才能決定下屆的規模，也希望老闆們能多多支持。現場日本最美女記者宮河麻耶用中文和大家問好，並表示從19歲起健身已經15年，透過健身活動可以與各地建立連結覺得很感動。
Renowned Japanese artist Meng Duo said, "I love Taiwan, and I don't want to just talk about it; I want to express my gratitude through action and passion." She was proud to see so many people participating in the competition and told everyone, "Thank you for liking this event." She hoped everyone came because they love exercise, and jokingly said, "Don't go to Du Li just for results!" The next event will depend on whether her savings are sufficient, and she hopes the bosses will continue to support her. Maya Miyagawa, Japan's most beautiful female reporter, greeted everyone in Chinese and said she's been working out for 15 years, starting at age 19. She was moved by the connections she's been able to make through fitness activities.

This year's Dream Cup puts Taiwan on the Asian strength stage. The global fitness industry is undergoing structural change, with international market figures indicating its value has surpassed $100 billion. In Taiwan, over 35% of the population regularly exercises , demonstrating that fitness has evolved from a personal hobby to a core component of the public's pursuit of health and wellness. The Dream Cup Strength Competition was born at this critical juncture. It's not just a battlefield for athletes, but a platform for everyone to showcase their strength training achievements. Founder Meng Duo explained that the competition was created to fill a market gap and connect the energy of Taiwan's fitness community to the international stage: "In the world of fitness, every drop of sweat is a testament to the pursuit of dreams. The 2025 AROAK DREAM CUP Power Contest will bring together five major sports for the first time, creating Taiwan's largest "Power Carnival." More than just a competition, it's a "Power Carnival" that blends power, entertainment, and culture. Five top-tier power competitions, such as "Bodybuilding," will bring together fitness enthusiasts and professionals from around the world to compete in both bodybuilding and physique, showcasing the ultimate aesthetic of muscular sculpting and training results. " CrossFit ," a high-intensity mixed fitness competition, combines physical fitness and endurance challenges, attracting athletes who pursue all-round fitness and the ultimate in physical performance. Every second is filled with tension and is highly spectator-worthy. The "Hex Bar Deadlift" is a relatively friendly competition suitable for younger athletes. It's not only relatively safe but also an excellent entry-level exercise for strengthening lower body strength. The "Fitness Skills Challenge" challenges athletes to demonstrate their technique and creativity in box jumps, weighted lunges, burpees, and shoulder presses, showcasing their skills and body control, while testing their strength, flexibility, and coordination. The "Physical King" Olympic-level Ironman test, designed specifically for elite athletes, combines nine high-intensity stages of endurance, speed, explosiveness, and willpower.
