industry’s commitment to digital transformation, net-zero goals, sustainable
packaging, and healthy diets. A newly launched 3D visual identity symbolizes
the synergy among the five shows and illustrates the convergence of food,
technology, and culture, highlighting the limitless potential of future food
development.
Spotlight
on Innovation: Future Food Pavilion and Global Showcase
The
Future Food Pavilion is a highlight of the exhibition, featuring breakthroughs
in plant-based innovation, novel ingredients, and precision nutrition
technologies. Exhibits across the third floors of TaiNEX 1 and 2 showcase a
wide array of frozen ready meals, AIoT-enhanced Taiwanese cuisine, and premium
sustainable health foods, reflecting both technological progress and cultural
richness.
International
participation also reaches an all-time high, with companies from 33 countries.
Global specialties such as Mongolian pine nuts, Korean deer antler supplements,
Japanese heritage cola syrup,
Mozambican
organic tea, Spanish olive oil, and Indian sustainable seafood embody the
event’s global reach and product diversity.
Taiwan’s
Local Strength and Agricultural Innovation
Taiwan’s
local presence is equally impressive. 16 city and county government pavilions are
joining this year, including Pingtung and Tainan, returning after several
years. The Taiwan Pavilion, themed “Elevating Taste, Sharing with the World,” features
93 premium domestic brands, while the Taichung Pavilion focuses on organic
produce and innovative agricultural products. Leading companies such as Lian-Hwa
Foods, Chi Mei, and Anyong Freshmart represent the diversity and energy of
Taiwan’s food industry.
Empowering
Sustainability Through Forums and Awards
A series of professional events aim to foster cross-border collaboration and industry sustainability: The Green Vision Award, aligned with international ESG benchmarks, honors 18 companies for excellence in energy conservation, circular packaging, green supply chains, and corporate responsibility. The Food Innovation Trends Forum on June 26 invites experts from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan to share insights on cutting-edge food technologies and market evolution. Additional activities include international procurement meetings, guided tours, and business networking sessions, enabling participants to seize global opportunities and explore emerging food trends.

Industry professionals are invited to register online for free admission by presenting a confirmation QR code and two business cards at the venue.The shows will open to the general public on June 28. Tickets are available for NT$300, granting access to all five exhibitions.
