台北訊---為推廣本市多元豐富的餐飲美食底蘊與美味，臺北市商業處以「2025台北國際美食節」為主題推出雙主打系列活動，首波於8月30日至8月31日在圓山花博花海廣場舉辦「漢堡嘉年華」市集，匯聚了50間超人氣知名漢堡品牌店家，如臺北漢堡名店屠夫漢堡推出脆片藍莓牛肉堡，展現甜鹹口味的完美交織、全美最大的連鎖牛排 Texas Roadhouse德州鮮切牛排，將人氣漢堡美國大聯盟帶到活動現場及首次到台北擴店的超人氣燒肉名店老井極上燒肉，融合了台灣小吃技法，所製作成的日式漢堡排等熱門商品；今(114)年更首度與5星級飯店合作，如台北君悅酒店及台北寒舍艾美酒店，都在本次「漢堡嘉年華」活動現場盡數呈現，就是要讓市民朋友充分享受這場夏日味蕾饗宴！
Taipei, To promote the city's diverse and rich culinary heritage and delicious food, the Taipei City Department of Commerce launched two main series of activities under the theme of " 2025 Taipei International Food Festival". The first wave will be held from August 30th to August 31st at the Yuanshan Flower Expo Flower Square. The market will bring together 50 popular and well-known burger brands, such as Taipei burger restaurant Butcher Burger's Crispy Blueberry Beef Burger, showing the perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors, and the largest steak chain in the United States, Texas Roadhouse Texas Fresh Cut Steak brings the popular American burger league to the event. The super popular BBQ restaurant Laojing Gokumei, which is expanding to Taipei for the first time, combines Taiwanese snack techniques to create popular products such as Japanese hamburger steaks. This year (114) it also cooperates with 5- star hotels for the first time, such as the Grand Hyatt Taipei and Le Meridien Taipei, all of which are present at the "Burger Carnival" event, so that citizens can fully enjoy this summer taste feast!
為期2天的漢堡市集活動，現場規劃為4大區域，分為「全球漢堡區」、「國際美食區」、「潮流餐車區」及「療癒甜點區」，讓民眾可以好好享受美味，另於9月8日至9月30日推出「2025台北餐廳週」，今年除1,200元限定套餐外，更新增20家2,600元Define Taipei組別「台北城市意象套餐」，讓民眾透過低門檻就能吃到本市精緻餐飲店家，藉由多樣的活動，啟動您的美食之旅！The two- day burger market event is divided

臺北市政府蔣萬安市長表示，臺北擁有豐富的餐飲資源與多元族群文化，品嘗美食已成為民眾不可或缺的日常享受，市府希望透過「台北國際美食節」的系列活動，帶領市民朋友認識台北多元的美食店家，第1波漢堡嘉年華市集匯集50間知名餐飲業者到圓山花博，一字排開共同展售多國美食的「漢堡嘉年華」，第2波則是攜手民間單位Flavor風格美食指南，串聯本市百間精緻餐廳共同推出「台北餐廳週」，其中米其林餐廳相關的業者，以結合在地品牌與國際資源，展現臺北美食的創意與包容力，以「台北國際美食節」為起點，推廣城市美食味蕾魅力。
Taipei City Mayor Chiang Wan-an said that Taipei has rich catering resources and diverse ethnic cultures. Tasting delicious food has become an indispensable daily enjoyment for the people. The city government hopes to lead citizens to know the diverse food stores in Taipei through the series of activities of the "Taipei International Food Festival". The first wave of the Burger Carnival Market brought together 50 well-known catering companies to the Yuanshan Flora Expo, and they lined up to exhibit together. The second wave of the "Burger Carnival," which features international cuisine , is collaborating with the private organization Flavor Food Guide to connect hundreds of fine restaurants in the city for the "Taipei Restaurant Week." Michelin-starred restaurants will showcase the creativity and inclusiveness of Taipei cuisine by combining local brands with international resources. Using the "Taipei International Food Festival" as a starting point, they aim to promote the city's culinary appeal.

從美式BBQ到台式原民烤肉、從地中海風味希臘烤肉捲到義大利特製牛肚包，還有細膩刻劃如藝術品的飯店主廚，推出市集限定口味漢堡，一次展現多國美食佳餚，帶來前所未有的美食饗宴，經典與創意齊聚，全部都在今明2日於圓山花博花海廣場的「漢堡嘉年華」，如來自美國德州屢獲BBQ大獎的Dayne’s Craft Barbecue首度來台展店，就選在本次活動公開呈現最道地的德州燒烤；而台灣在地品牌也不遑多讓，Selfish Burger以黃金比例現絞牛肉打造多汁漢堡排、ROAST BURGER以低溫爐烤工法重現英式經典風味、ParkoParco則將義式慢燉的軟嫩牛肚夾進外酥內軟的麵包，呈現最浪漫的義式風情，還有台北最時髦的早午餐漢堡代表 Semi Club也將在現場推出超浮誇熔岩漢堡排三明治。不只限定美食，現場也推出多項限定活動好康，只要前來活動會場即可獲得「涼爽堡貝扇」1把，完成拍照打卡還能領取「50元折價券」1張，購買活動餐點可再到服務台兌換「吃飽堡磁吸夾」1個，數量有限，贈完為止，就是要讓市民朋友在大快朵頤之餘，也能體驗臺北獨有的創意與美食氛圍，共同享受暑期的歡樂時光。
From American BBQ to Taiwanese indigenous barbecue, from Mediterranean-style Greek barbecue rolls to Italian special tripe buns, and the hotel chefs who meticulously carve out works of art, launching market-limited flavor burgers, showcasing the delicacies of many countries at once, bringing an unprecedented gourmet feast, classic and creative, all at the "Burger Carnival" at the Flower Sea Square of the Yuanshan Flower Expo today and tomorrow . For example, Dayne's Craft Barbecue , a BBQ award-winning restaurant from Texas, USA, is opening a store in Taiwan for the first time and will choose this event to publicly present the most authentic Texas barbecue; and local Taiwanese brands are no less impressive, Selfish Burger uses the golden ratio of freshly ground beef to create juicy burgers, ROAST BURGER uses a low-temperature oven-baked method to recreate the classic British flavor, while ParkoParco sandwiches tender, slow-cooked Italian tripe between crispy and soft bread, showcasing the most romantic Italian style. Taipei's trendiest brunch burger restaurant, Semi Club , will also be launching an extravagant lava burger sandwich on site. In addition to limited-time delicacies, the event also features a variety of limited-time promotions. Visitors can receive a "Cool Burger with Scallops" and receive a "NT$ 50 discount coupon" for taking photos and checking in. Purchase event meals and redeem them for a "Satiating Burger Magnetic Clamp" at the service counter . Quantities are limited and will be given away while supplies last. "Taipei Image Limited Set Menu" for NT$1,200 or NT$2,600
from September 8th to 30th, along with various exclusive dining
offers at hundreds of fine dining establishments, 20 of
which are Michelin -starred establishments .
L' ATELIER de Joël Robuchon,
a renowned French restaurant with two Michelin stars, is
offering a special six-course set menu for Taipei Restaurant Week, inspired by
Robuchon's classic dishes and techniques. These six-course set menus include
"Scallops with Seaweed Cream" and "Lamb Fillet with Mixed Herbs
and Mashed Potatoes." These star-rated chefs will use the dining table as
their stage to tell Taipei's story through each delicious dish. Stay tuned to
