中華郵政開辦美國及西班牙國際e小包 恢復收寄發往美國特定品項之各類航空郵件

Chunghwa Post has resumed international e-packet services to the United States and Spain, accepting and sending various airmail items for specific items to the United States.

台北訊---中華郵政公司為因應跨境電商發展趨勢，提供民眾郵寄2公斤以下輕小型物品更多元實惠的選擇，於114年10月1日開辦美國及西班牙國際e小包(ePacket)業務。國際e小包資費相較國際航空掛號小包及國際快捷（EMS）低廉，且可透過郵政官網全程追蹤郵件遞送狀態，適合民眾及電商賣家使用。專用發遞單可於各地郵局營業窗口索取，或透過中華郵政全球資訊網「EZPost線上交寄」網頁(https://ezpost.post.gov.tw/itmatt)預先登錄國際e小包發遞單資料並列印。

Taipei---To meet the growing trend of cross-border e-commerce, Chunghwa Post launched its international ePacket service to the United States and Spain on October 1, 2015, offering consumers more diverse and affordable options for mailing small, lightweight items under 2 kilograms. International ePacket offers lower rates than registered airmail and EMS , and allows full tracking of delivery status through the postal service's official website, making it suitable for both the public and e-commerce sellers . The special delivery note can be obtained at any post office counter, or you can pre-register and print the international e- Packet delivery note information through the " EZPost Online Delivery" website of the China Post Global Information Network (https://ezpost.post.gov.tw/itmatt) .

依據美國政府公告及萬國郵盟第137號通函內容，「100美元（含）以下之非商業性禮品」與「書籍」屬於關稅豁免，中華郵政公司自10月1日起恢復收寄該特定品項之各類航空郵件；惟美國海關認定內裝物品不符合「100美元（含）以下之非商業性禮品」或「書籍」之規範時，郵件有可能遭查扣、沒入、銷毀或退回，寄件人須自行承擔相關責任及退回費用，不得向中華郵政公司請求退還郵資或補償損失。

According to U.S. government announcements and Universal Postal Union Circular No. 137 , "non-commercial gifts valued at US$ 100 or less" and "books" are exempt from customs duties. Chunghwa Post will resume accepting and sending all types of airmail for these specific items starting October 1st . However, if U.S. Customs determines that the contents do not meet the requirements for "non-commercial gifts valued at US$ 100 or less" or "books," the mailpiece may be seized, confiscated, destroyed, or returned. The sender is solely responsible for any related return costs and may not request a refund of postage or compensation for losses from Chunghwa Post.
