The theme of the competition is
" AI Post Office Innovation". Team registration is
open from August 1 to October 7. Each team consists
of 2 to 4 students from colleges and universities
nationwide , and a professor is invited to lead the team. The
team submits works on the two major themes of postal services and remittances.
The competition is divided into preliminary rounds, semi-finals and finals. At
each stage, the participants' innovative proposals are judged based on their
practicality and feasibility. During the semi-finals and finals, more
than 10 industry experts and scholars, including experts
in AI big data, AI artificial intelligence, smart logistics,
digital finance, and innovation, were invited to assist in coaching and
training. The finals provided face-to-face discussions and practical
opportunities with industry experts, which not only helped students enrich
their works and stimulate creative exchanges between industry and academia, but
also enabled them to learn valuable practical experience outside the classroom.
This was a rare opportunity.
China Post said that with the rapid growth
of AI technology in recent years, more new technologies and tools for
big data analysis have been exposed. It hopes that participants can apply
emerging AI technologies to explore the potential value of postal
data, gain insight into customer needs through data, improve operational
performance and optimize customer experience, and provide services that meet
customer expectations. The prize money for this competition is quite generous,
including a first prize of NT$ 300,000 , a second prize
of NT$ 200,000 , and a third prize of NT
$ 150,000 . In addition, there are multiple awards such as the Best
Application Award, the Best Creativity Award, and the Excellence Award. The
innovative solutions of the winning teams have the opportunity to be transformed
