台北訊---王道銀行（2897）今（16）日上午召開2023年股東常會，會中通過2022年盈餘分派案並完成第九屆董事改選，下午召開董事會及常務董事會，推選駱怡君女士續任王道銀行董事長。
Taipei---O-Bank Co., Ltd. (stock symbol: 2897) today (16 June) held its 2023 regular Shareholders Meeting, at which shareholders approved the 2022 earnings distribution proposal and elected the members of O-Bank's 9th Board of Directors. In the afternoon, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board met and re-elected Tina Y. Lo as O-Bank Chairperson.
王道銀行於今日上午召開股東會，會中通過配發甲種特別股每股新台幣0.425元股息以及普通股每股新台幣0.38元股息，並選出十二席新任第九屆董事，分別為：駱怡君女士、明山投資股份有限公司代表人駱錦明先生及簡志明先生、台軒投資股份有限公司代表人林坤正先生、李榮慶先生、艾貝投資股份有限公司代表人鄭誠禎先生、台雅投資股份有限公司代表人陳俊仁先生、怡昌投資股份有限公司代表人湯維慎女士，獨立董事則由胡富雄先生、林鴻光先生、江威娜女士及王傳芬女士擔任。
O-Bank held its 2023 annual Shareholders Meeting this morning, at which shareholders approved a cash dividend of NT$0.425 per class A preferred share and NT$0.38 per common share, and elected 12 members to O-Bank's 9th Board of Directors. These 12 members are: Tina Y. Lo; Kenneth C.M. Lo and Chih-Ming Chien (representing Ming Shan Investment Co.); Bill K.C. Lin (representing Tai Hsuan Investment Co.); Mark J.C. Lee; George C.J. Cheng (representing Abag Investment Holdings Co.); Alex J.J. Chen (representing Tai Ya Investment Co.); Grace W.S. Tang (representing Yi Chang Investment Co.); and independent directors Fu-Hsiung Hu, Hank H.K. Lin, Tina W.N. Chiang, and Jennifer C.F. Wang.
其後王道銀行於下午召開董事會，推選出四位常務董事，分別為駱怡君女士、明山投資股份有限公司代表人駱錦明先生、台軒投資股份有限公司代表人林坤正先生及獨立董事胡富雄先生，並在接續召開的常務董事會中，推選駱怡君女士續任王道銀行董事長。
Then in the afternoon, the O-Bank Board of Directors met and elected the following four Managing Directors: Tina Y. Lo; Kenneth C.M. Lo (representing Ming Shan Investment Co.); Bill K.C. Lin (representing Tai Hsuan Investment Co.); and independent director Fu-Hsiung Hu. The Executive Board then met, re-electing Tina Y. Lo as the O-Bank Chairperson.
駱怡君女士自2020年接任王道銀行董事長以來，王道銀行營運績效持續穩健成長，2022年獲利更創歷史新高，個體稅後淨利達新台幣50億元，每股稅後盈餘（EPS）1.80元，股東權益報酬率（ROE）為13.59%。王道銀行常務董事會表示，近年來王道銀行在駱怡君董事長帶領之下，營運績效持續成長，未來將持續借重其專業經驗與領導能力，引領王道銀行再締新猷。
Since Ms. Lo took over as Chairperson in 2020, O-Bank's operating performance has steadily grown stronger. Profitability performances hit a record high in 2022, with standalone net profit after tax of NT$5 billion, EPS of NT$1.80, and ROE of 13.59%. The O-Bank Executive Board stated that the Bank in recent years under Chairperson Lo's leadership has seen its operating performance grow continuously better, and in the future Ms. Lo will continue relying on her professional experience and leadership ability to lead the Bank to even more impressive achievements.
